The idyllic oceanfront villa is just north of the Pier, featuring a custom home of approx 10,000 sf with 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The courtyard is designed as a fresh-air oasis where you stargaze by the firepit and unwind in the warm spa. Slip outside anytime for laps in the swimming pool, reflecting blue into the home via the many glass doors that merge main living spaces with the outdoors. There are oceanview dining spaces and a chef’s kitchen with a huge central island. A private living room with elegant crown molding, a fireplace and earthy tiles. Venture further to an airy salon with high ceilings and polished wood floors where guests mingle along the patio and terrace. The dramatic central staircase connects all three floors, gracefully curving upward to fix on blue sky and light pouring in from a grand skylight. The uppermost floor is home to balcony bedroom suites you can access by three staircases, or take the elevator directly to the extensive primary wing: This is a tucked-away haven with a separate sitting room, a super-sized bathroom and a fireplaced bedroom with oceanview balcony.
